Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Business Growth Manager to join our team. The Business Growth Manager will be responsible for driving and optimizing business growth initiatives, utilizing data analytics and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase customer loyalty and engagement, and maximize revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret customer data, market trends and competition to identify opportunities for increased sales and profitability.
  • Develop and execute strategies and tactics to drive customer acquisition, loyalty and engagement.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and execute growth plans, including product launches, campaigns and customer outreach.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) and customer retention metrics to measure the success of growth initiatives.
  • Track and report progress on growth initiatives, providing timely and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer acquisition and growth marketing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer acquisition, retention, and growth marketing.
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies as well as data analytics and reporting.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and external partners.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative and flexible thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
