Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and innovative Creative Lead to join our team. The Creative Lead will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing our brand’s creative vision. This role requires a strong understanding of the design process and the ability to lead a team of creative professionals in producing high-quality and effective creative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative process, taking ownership of project development from conception to completion
- Develop innovative creative concepts and ideas to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure creative execution is in line with brand standards
- Manage the creative team and provide mentorship and guidance in the development of creative
- Lead design reviews, providing feedback and direction to the creative team
- Oversee production of creative assets, ensuring the highest creative and technical standards are met
- Create and maintain creative briefs and other project documentation
- Manage the creative budget and timeline
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a creative environment
- Solid understanding of the design process and brand development
- Proven leadership experience in developing and managing a creative team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, with an eye for quality and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and other design software
