Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Group Account Manager to join our team. The Group Account Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and relationships of a group of assigned clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, keeping close communication on project plans and objectives
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Lead internal and client meetings, setting project expectations and ensuring the team is aligned with the client’s objectives
- Monitor projects and tasks to ensure the team is meeting timelines, goals, and deliverables
- Provide timely and accurate project updates to the client
- Communicate with clients on all project-related inquiries
- Ensure quality assurance of deliverables
- Prepare and track client invoices and ensure payments are timely
- Track and analyze campaign performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client account management
- Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of clients
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Understanding of digital marketing and analytics
- Positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
