Job Summary
The UX Designer at UX Designer is responsible for creating user-centered designs that are both visually pleasing and highly functional. The UX Designer will collaborate closely with other teams, such as engineering and product, to ensure an optimal user experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create personas, scenarios, and storyboards to understand user needs and design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Develop user interface designs to ensure a consistent look and feel across the UX Designer platform
- Ensure a consistent design language by creating and maintaining design systems
- Design and implement A/B testing and usability studiess
- Stay abreast of current design trends and industry best practices
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Experience with creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Proficiency with design and prototyping software such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- An understanding of user research, usability testing, and A/B testing
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
