All content on www.brandstorydigital.in, including our logo, brand name, website design, graphics, and original written content, is owned by Brandstorydigital or used under licence, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2Client-provided content
When clients provide us with logos, images, copy, or other materials for a project, they confirm they have the right to use and share that content, and grant us permission to use it solely for delivering the agreed services.
3Ownership of deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for a client — such as website designs, ad creatives, or content — transfers to the client upon full payment. We retain ownership of our internal tools, frameworks, and templates used to produce that work.
4Use of our brand
Our name, logo, and branding may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our prior written permission, except where reasonably needed to reference Brandstorydigital as a service provider.
