1Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using our website, or by engaging Brandstorydigital for SEO, social media marketing, web design, branding, or any other service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2Our services

We provide digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Search engine optimisation (SEO) and content strategy.
• Social media marketing and management.
• Website design and development.
• Branding, creative, and paid advertising campaigns.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out separately in a proposal, quote, or service agreement signed with the client.

3Client responsibilities

To help us deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information, brand assets, and access credentials needed for the project.
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule.
• Ensure they have the legal right to use any content, images, or trademarks they provide to us.

4Payment terms

Fees, invoicing schedules, and payment methods are agreed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing services.

5Intellectual property

Ownership of deliverables created for a client transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Our own tools, templates, processes, and pre-existing materials remain our property. See our Intellectual Property Policy for more detail.

6Limitation of liability

We work to deliver services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, or sales, as these depend on factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice, as specified in the relevant service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

8Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
